As an avid basketball player and sports enthusiast in general, Daniel was always physically active. As a result he suffered injuries and was told by his doctor that he should consider a change in his lifestyle to avoid further damage and pain. During his inactivity Daniel gained weight and was unhappy with himself. After talking with a few friends, Daniel learned about Studio 55 and set up to meet with Andrea to learn about the gym’s philosophy on functional training and the benefits it could bring to his life. After speaking with Andrea and seeing her dedication to client’s, Daniel signed up and with the encouragement of Studio 55’s trainers, began to learn new ways to exercise that would improve his form and help him lose weight. With his goal in mind and lots of hard work, Daniel transformed and even surpassed his former active self. His changes are not only physical, but emotional as well. His zest for life is back, his pain is gone and he is an inspiration to others.
